Information on moving out
Dear Students!
The academic year 2022/2023 will soon come to an end. In accordance with the residence conditions, all students must officially move out of the dormitory on the dates designated for this purpose in the dormitory.
Definition:
Check-out is the administrative and accounting process by which the occupants of a room check out of the dormitory, hand over and present the dormitory belongings and room key after cleaning the room (restoring the room to its original condition – 4 beds in one room, tables and chairs in the other room), and settle any damages.
Important information about moving out:
Official move-out is carried out by personal presence.
To move out, the student must not be in arrears with dormitory fees, late fees or other fees (e.g. electricity fees, laundry fees, etc.).
Once the room key has been handed in, no personal property may remain in the room.
It will greatly speed up the move-out process if any outstanding debts have been settled by the time you move out (damages, electricity charges, etc.). Attention! Cash payments are not possible in any halls of residence due to the change in the rules.
The last student to move out of a room must lock it!
In view of the epidemic situation and in accordance with the regulations, certain rules already known at the time of moving in must be observed when moving out:
- In the dormitory room or area where the administration of the move-out takes place, only the student moving out is allowed to be present, no accompanying persons, parents or relatives.
- In addition to the student who is moving out, no more than one accompanying person may be present in the dormitory building at any one time. This escort may move around the building only between the student's room (where the student's personal belongings are stored) and the entrance to the hall of residence, using the shortest possible route.
- In the event of queuing, a distance of 1.5 metres must be maintained (Wearing a mask is not currently compulsory.
Please note that you may remove your personal belongings from the dormitory at times other than the official check-out time, but you must observe the above epidemiological precautions when doing so.

Last move-out date: 30 June 2023, 12:00! Attention! Moving out is only possible during office hours on working days:

Rented electrical appliances (e.g. microwave ovens) may not remain with the student during the summer residence. They must be handed in at the office on the day of moving out at the latest! Rented small furniture must be reported to Mrs. Attiláné Kertész in the office between 8:00 and 9:00 am on moving out days!
